Step 2 — Surface Evaluation

Before any design decisions are finalized, we evaluate the existing substrates.

• transitions and details
• repair requirements

This step is critical — surface systems only perform as well as what they’re built on.

Step 3 — Surface Strategy

Based on the evaluation, we define a surface strategy.

• how transitions will be handled
• where reinforcement or waterproofing is required

Our goal is always to achieve the cleanest, most seamless result — without unnecessary demolition.

Step 4 — Design & Material Selection

Once the surface strategy is set, we refine the design.

This includes:
• material selection (microcement, plaster, lime, etc.)
• texture and finish level
• color direction
• surface continuity

Step 5 — Surface Preparation

Preparation is the foundation of every successful surface system.

This step may include:
• removal of failing coatings
• mechanical surface preparation
• substrate repair and leveling
• reinforcement where required
• waterproofing in wet zones

Step 6 — System Installation
